If this had been a woman the men on here freaking out would be leaving far more...'beautiful' comments.
Anyway, I'm not a photographer so I don't know everything that goes into taking a photo like this, but I'll assume it's more than just snapping at random times. I'm sure there's a scene set up to get the shadow and lighting exactly how you want it, and working with a living model can't be as simple as people think it is.
With that all in mind, I like this. I wouldn't hang it in my house or anything, but I can see it in an art/photography magazine or something of that nature. It's very nicely done, and I don't know if there was a window or something, but I can even picture this being taken during a rainstorm (I see streaks on his skin like the shadow of rain falling against a window). So it's an imaginative image too, if you look and actually think about the composition of all the pieces that made this photo.
